Production

Gentle maceration and stainless-steel fermentation emphasised freshness and fruit. Brief maturation in tank, with no oak, kept the style clean and pure.

Clay-limestone soils in Salento provide structure, while cooling breezes preserve acidity. Naturally low yields enhance concentration. Organic methods ensure fruit integrity and highlight Susumaniello’s bright personality.
